How long should I walk/jog for daily if I want to lose 10-20 pounds?

I want to lose weight before school starts, and I would like to know how long and how much I should run daily if I want to lose 10-20 pounds.

Try an hour a day, 5 days a week of cardio but make sure you mix it up a bit by walking jogging and running and back to walking jogging and running within that hour, this makes your metabolism work harder and burn more calories and also watch what u eat u need to burn more calories than you consume a day, the avg daily calorie intake is around 1500 breakfast lunch dinner and the avg amount of calories your body burns on its own to keep its self in business is around 1700. but don't fall under 1200 calories of intake because then your body will go into starvation mode and start storing fat and yo metabolism will slow down.
