Presenter's
Approach:
A seasoned and cordial professional, Patricia connects instantly with
her audience as she begins by candidly discussing examples of those who

one's self confidence, and details specific steps to take to build and
project a positive, confident and assertive image. Participants
learn the important difference between three different types of
behavior: passive, assertive and aggressive. In addition,
Patricia touches upon the role that non-verbal messages play in
the overall communication process.
