Presenter's
Approach:
Ms. Hepner's demeanor instantly puts her students at ease while
simultaneously challenging them to rise to the occasion. She
teaches that good manners are a fun and beneficial skill for anyone to

must be practiced so that they become automatic. The confidence
which comes from having polished social skills frees one from worrying
about making mistakes. Addressing special situations where
