Worldwide,  modern scientific hypnotism is a recognized science that is openly acclaimed and practiced by top human behavior experts.  They see hypnosis as one of the most valuable and practical tools in existence for improving and motivating human thought and behavior.

More and more, sales and advertising experts are rapidly becoming aware of the power and utility of conversational (waking) hypnosis and are increasingly making effective use of it because of the tremendous advantages it offers.

University researchers have studied forms of conversational hypnosis for years.  Their studies of superb communicators have conclusively demonstrated that these superstar communicators make extensive use of this potent form of communication that less effective communicators fail to use.

A large and growing body of hypnotic and psycholinguistic research has indisputably proven that highly persuasive people use similar forms of conversational (waking) hypnosis to affect perception and thinking with the spoken and written word.

What they found was that top salespeople and other professional communicators unwittingly use communication techniques which are practically the same in structure as those used by professional hypnotists to capture attention, develop rapport and to create lasting impressions in order to communicate with maximum persuasive and motivational impact.

About the Presenter:
Frederick G. Sam is a registered and certified clinical hypnotherapist, seminar leader and hypnotic consultant.  Over the course of 2 decades of professional practice, he has logged over 30,000 hours of clinical hypnotherapy sessions with individuals and groups, having a transforming effect upon thousand of people from all walks of life.

A 1978 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he continued his studies at the Hypnotism Training Institute of Los Angeles, graduating in 1980.  Frederick completed further hypnotherapy training at U.C. L.A.

He has also taken specialized training with numerous renowned psychologists, including doctors Albert Ellis and Arnold Lazarus, and has also trained with motivational specialists including Mark Victor Hansen and Zig Ziglar.

Throughout the years he has pursued extensive personal research in the areas of hypnotherapy and neurolinguistics and sales psychology.  Since 1981  Frederick G. Sam  has been certified in the practice of clinical hypnotherapy by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.

Sam provides hypnotherapy for a wide scope of application areas ranging from habit control, stress management, fear removal and pain and symptom control, to all phases of personal development and professional performance enhancement.    Frederick regularly presents live scientific hypnotism demonstrations, staff development training, talks and seminars for business, professional, academic, government, military and civic groups and organizations throughout the US.  His clients have included Wal-Mart, Ramada Inns, Ingersoll Dresser, Penn State University, Veterans Administration Medical Centers, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, US Federal District Court and US Air Force among numerous other major organizations.  He has also taught self hypnosis and professional development courses for colleges and universities since 1983.

Also serving as a consultant to business and the professions, Sam cooperates with experts in a variety of fields to specially design programs for employees, patients, students and clients.
