This light hearted
and fun workshop will explore the various
essential oils that can be used to decrease the
stress that develops as you prepare for one of
the best days of your life, your wedding day.
Essential oils will help the bride and her
wedding party to remain calm and can be used to
add to the romance of the wedding night and
honeymoon. Various methods of applying the
essential oils will be demonstrated and a
special mixture of Bridal Oil developed by Dr.
deMaye-Caruth will be presented to the bride. What

Approach:
With her warm personality and easy familiarity about her subject, Dr. deMaye-Caruth brings an element of fun to any bridal party by
discussing and demonstrating how essential oils can be utilized by the
bridal party to calm nerves, enhance the festive mood, and even enliven
the honeymoon. In addition to suggesting various oils to use, she
will also show how to apply them for best results.
Dr.
deMaye –Caruth is Registered Nurse, holds a Master Degree in Education
as well as a PhD in Holistic Health.
As
a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, she has a private practice and
lectures and writes about aromatherapy.

About
the Presenter:
Dr.
deMaye –Caruth is a Registered Nurse, holds a Master Degree in Education
as well as a PhD in Holistic Health. She is the owner and director
of the Minerva Educational Center, a center devoted to the study and
experience of healing. For this presentation, Dr. deMaye-Caruth
draws upon 35 combined years of experience including critical care
nursing, years as an emergency room, critical care, and post-anesthesia
care instructor, and also her service as a complimentary medicine
practitioner and lecturer.
A
Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, Certified
Healing Touch Practitioner, and Reiki Master Teacher, Dr. deMaye-Caruth has a private
practice working with clients who have been diagnosed with cancer; some
of whom are receiving chemotherapy and/or radiation. Prescription drugs
alone are not always the solution. It has been proven when mind body and
spirit work as one, significant improvement and self esteem and
health have been the motivating factor in alternative therapies. She
also works with clients who have stress related conditions pain or
chronic illness.
